COME app page says Access denied before any file downloads

An access-denied page is a website-access result. It does not prove that an APK was downloaded, damaged or installed.

Check the stage

Inspect the browser's Downloads view to see whether a file transfer exists. If none exists, describe the issue as access to the destination. Keep the page address, message and time for a report.

Avoid guessing the cause

Access restrictions can have several causes, and the message alone may not explain which applies. Do not claim a regional, account or device cause without supporting information. Use the service's current help route where available.

Do not evade the restriction

Avoid guessing private endpoints, changing security controls or using unrelated mirrors to force access. If a legitimate sign-in or eligibility step is stated, review it through the normal service process.

A useful next step

Resolve the page-access question before following Android installation instructions.
